Nick Bronstein has since 2006 dealt with procurement law and public contracts for both contracting entities and tenderers. He advises on all aspects of procurement law and related areas of law and has conducted several high-profile proceedings within procurement before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement as well as the Danish courts.
Nick has particular expertise in ESG within a public procurement context, contract management, IT procurement and procurement within the social housing sector.
Further, Nick has a wealth of experience in complex contract drafting and also deals with regulatory issues relating to gaming.
Nick is fluent in Russian and is also highly experienced in advising Danish enterprises with activities in Russia and Ukraine.
Finally, Nick is a frequent and preferred speaker on procurement law issues, and he is a regular lecturer for IKA (a Danish group of public purchasers), Mercell, EU-Supply, Fællesudbud Sjælland (a buying group for municipalities in Eastern Denmark), the Confederation of Danish Industry, etc.
