  • Advising a land investor on various high-value, planning conditional disposals of development, together with related infrastructure agreements and the interaction with telecommunications rights. These disposals covered both residential and mixed-use development areas.
  • Advising a major UK institutional investor on the asset management of their real estate portfolio across over 40 sites in the UK.
  • Advising landowners and developers on the grant and renewal of telecommunications agreements, including site leases and wayleaves.
  • Advising an automotive and energy company on its UK leasehold portfolio, including EV charging leases.
