Dr. Luis Alberto Bucci is an Industrial Property Agent. He has worked for more than 25 years on matters relating to the registry, safekeeping and management of trademarks, patents and utility models. He has acquired solid experience managing issues with the Copyright Office, the National Administration of Drugs (ANMAT), Foods and Medical Technology and the National Institute of Seeds (INASE). He is part of the Industrial Property Department in DLA Piper. He is a member of the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents (AAAPI) and The Chamber of Industrial Property Agents of the Republic of Argentina (CAPIRA).
He constantly works with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). He focuses part of his practice on trademark custody activities, advising clients on trademark matters, patents and industrial models, as well as on copyright, communications and new technologies law.
He has participated in multiple conferences, seminars, events and updating and training conferences organized in Argentina by the AAAPI, ASIPI, WIPO, INPI, CAPIRA, as well as by other organizations and associations dedicated to the development of activities related to industrial and intellectual property. He has also attended and completed numerous courses and seminars on trademark law, unfair competition, technology transfer and other variants of IP in the most recognized universities and institutions of Argentine. He is a lawyer graduated at Universidad de Palermo.
