Leah Buchanan

Leah Buchanan practices corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, and general corporate commercial matters.

Leah assists in a broad range of commercial transactions, including the purchase and sale of real property, asset and share acquisitions and divestitures, financings, and reorganizations. Leah regularly acts for private companies, investment funds, and entrepreneurs across a variety of industries.

During law school, Leah completed a Juris Doctor at University of Detroit Mercy School of Law contemporaneously with completing her Juris Doctor at University of Windsor.

Before joining the firm as an associate, Leah summered and articled with the firm.
