Emma Bucher represents publicly and privately held companies in a broad range of corporate and securities matters. Her practice includes capital markets transactions, periodic and current SEC reporting and disclosure matters, and public and private M&A transactions. She also advises clients on corporate governance, venture capital and private equity transactions, and other general corporate matters. Emma has represented companies across a variety of industries, including insurance, life sciences, aerospace, equipment rental, software, technology and semiconductors, and education.

Pro Bono

Emma is committed to pro bono service and dedicates her time to a range of nonprofit and community organizations. She is actively engaged in DLA Piper's New Perimeter initiative, the firm's global pro bono affiliate. Emma supports the missions of non-profit organizations such as Make-A-Wish International by advising on governance, policy, and other corporate matters. In addition, she volunteers with local veterans organizations, providing legal guidance and support to service members in her community.
