Carmine Buonanno is a Lawyer in the Corporate and M&A department of the firm. He works in the Milan office.
He advises companies and private equity funds on a wide range of commercial matters and M&A transactions including share and asset deals, investment agreements, shareholders agreements and joint venture agreements, as well as general corporate assistance and corporate governance matters.
He also advises international and domestic clients on the full range of corporate and commercial work, including drafting and negotiating, among the others, manufacturing agreements, distribution agreements and franchise agreements.
Before joining DLA Piper in 2024, Carmine worked with leading international law firms.
