Gabriela Mirandola Burmeister is a Brazilian-qualified lawyer focusing on corporate, commercial and international dispute resolution, litigation, judicial recovery and bankruptcy. 

Gabriela's experience includes representing clients in commercial disputes, pre- and post-M&A disputes, shareholder disputes, banking, administrative, and insurance disputes, involving different economic sectors.

Gabriela has experience in complex civil litigation before Brazilian courts, as well as in national and international arbitration cases before institutions, such as the ICC, CAM-CCBC, CAM-B3, among others.

She completed her LL.M in International Arbitration at the University of Miami, School of Law. 
Gabriela is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association and Young MIAS, a young professionals' organization under the Miami International Arbitration Society.
