Agustín Buzeta

Agustín Buzeta focuses his practice in the area of tax law, advising domestic and foreign clients on the structuring of businesses and companies, international taxation, and the defense of taxpayers before the tax authority.

In addition, Agustín has participated in the design, implementation and coordination of internationalization processes of startups and digital companies from Chile to foreign countries.

He has experience advising a wide range of clients, from multinationals and family offices to local companies and individuals, seeking effective and specific solutions to each client's needs. His experience also includes advising clients in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as tax due diligence processes (seller, buyer, and underwriting).
