Sandra advises clients on all stages of M&A deals, from due diligence and negotiation of transaction documents to successful completion of the transaction. She also assists clients on corporate governance related issues and corporate reorganisations.
Her recent experience includes, inter alia, advising Dentotal, a company owned by private equity fund Abris and the leading distributor of dental products in Romania, in the successful acquisition of Dentatechnica, the largest distributor of materials and equipment for the dental care market in Bulgaria, assisting Green Horse Games, a Romanian mobile gaming studio, on the strategic investment from Miniclip, world leader of market-defining mobile titles, as well as assisting 2Ride, a global player in the manufacturing and distribution of protective equipment for bikers, motorcyclists and skiers based in France in respect of the Romanian footprint of its acquisition of CASCO, a premium European brand of helmets and glasses.
Sandra also regularly advises venture capital funds (e.g. Early Game Ventures, Notion Capital) in various financing rounds as well as start-ups (e.g. Bright Spaces) in raising investments.
In the past, she has gained valuable experience as in-house counsel, getting a better understanding of how to closely work with and advise the senior management of a TMT company.
