  • Advised Grupo Cox (Cox), a leading Spanish multinational water and energy company, in its acquisition of Iberdrola’s power generation assets in Mexico for US$4.2 billion
  • Participated in the initial public offering of shares of a Mexican homebuilder on the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores
  • Advised iSquared Capital in its acquisition of KIO Networks, the largest data center operator in Mexico
  • Represented Grupo Financiero Banorte in its merger with Grupo Financiero Interacciones (approximately US$1.4 billion)
  • Represented Crédito Real, S.A.B. de C.V. in its domestic and cross-border restructuring under Mexican and U.S. insolvency laws
  • Represented Fibra Shop in its notes offering and exchange offer for MXN 2,300 million
  • Advised PrimeFlight Aviation Services in its acquisition of a 75% controlling stake in Aero Charter de México, a ground handling, cargo and airport support services operator
  • Represented Médica Sur in the sale of its clinical diagnostic laboratory business to Synlab
  • Represented Pernod Ricard México in its acquisition of a 40% stake in Mezcal Ojo de Tigre
  • Represented Goba Internacional (“Barrilito”) and its shareholders in the sale of 100% of its capital stock to ACCO Brands (MXN 640 million)
  • Advised a co-investment led by a listed investment vehicle (CKD) in the sale of the holding company of a hotel in Playa del Carmen to a Spanish hotel group
  • Advised Equity Group Investments in its co-investment in Baja Aqua-Farms, a leading bluefin tuna farming company based in Baja California, through a cross-border acquisition structure
  • Advised on the restructuring of a mixed-use real estate development on the Nayarit coast, including the conversion of trust beneficiary rights, project financing, and the disposition of residential and hotel lots
