Mike Carbonara

Mike Carbonara focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Superior Court.

Mike has represented clients in various corporate litigation matters, such as breach of fiduciary duty actions, appraisal actions, and alternative dispute resolutions.
