Laura is a Senior Associate in the London Restructuring Team.
Laura advises both creditor and debtor side on domestic and cross jurisdictional financial and corporate restructuring and turnaround matters. Laura's experience also includes advising clients on formal insolvency matters, including in respect of administrations, pre-packaged sales, receiverships and liquidations. Laura's experience has spanned a number of sectors, including retail, travel, healthcare, energy, aviation, construction, transport and consumer credit.
In 2023, Laura spent 6 months in the Restructuring team in Dubai, where her practice was focused on advising creditors and office holders (both onshore and offshore) in respect of complex and high value restructurings. Laura has also spent time working in Hong Kong with the DLA Restructuring Team in 2017.
Laura is a graduate of the IFT Academy Programme and a keen supporter of the IFT and its network.
