Laura Carrier

Laura is an Associate in the London Restructuring Team, having completed her training contract in the Birmingham office. In 2017 Laura completed a 6 month secondment to the DLA Restructuring and Special Situations Team in Hong Kong. In 2020, Laura completed the IFT Academy Programme.

Laura has worked on a variety of both domestic and cross border matters, including financial restructurings, corporate reorganisations, debt for equity swaps, investments in distressed debt, administrations, pre-packaged sales and receiverships. Laura’s experience has spanned a number of sectors including retail, healthcare, energy, aviation and consumer credit.
