John W. Caruolo’s practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions in all aspects of secured and unsecured debt facilities with an emphasis on venture & growth lending transactions.
John represents and advises a wide array of senior and subordinated lenders, in connection with single and multi-lender transactions involving technology, life sciences, healthcare, venture debt, asset-based and cash flow facilities, cross border financings, and general working capital facilities.
