Aurelia Daniela Casali

Aurelia Daniela Casali is Tax Director in the Tax department and is based in the Milan office.

She mainly focuses on national and international tax litigation and pre-litigation matters. She assists clients before the Tax Courts and before the Tax Authorities within investigations, settlements and rulings, MAPs.

She is author of various articles for the most renowned tax magazines and national newspapers (including 'Corriere Tributario', 'GT - Rivista di giurisprudenza tributaria', 'IlSole24Ore'). Since 2010 she is professor of tax law at the master program in tax law edited by Wolters Kluwer.

Aurelia Daniela Casali is included among the best tax litigators in Italy by the yearly Guide to the World's Leading Tax Controversy Advisers (International Tax Review) and by the yearly Guide Women in Tax Leaders.
