Wayne maintains a general corporate commercial practice with a focus on securities and ‎corporate ‎finance, ‎mergers and acquisitions, and financial services.

Wayne has experience assisting Canadian and international clients with multijurisdictional lending transactions and a wide range of corporate and securities law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, reorganizations, and corporate governance. He supports companies at all stages, from startups to public enterprises, across diverse industries. 

Wayne received his J.D. from the University of Ottawa where he served as the National Treasurer for the Black Law Students’ Association of Canada. He ‎summered and articled with the firm‎ prior to joining DLA Piper as an associate.
