Benedetta Cerantola

Benedetta Cerantola is a Lawyer in the Finance, Projects & Restructuring department and works in the Milan office.

Her practice focuses on the area of banking and finance, with particular reference to project finance transactions (infrastructure and energy with focus on photovoltaic and wind projects), acquisition finance, real estate finance and debt restructuring in which she provides assistance to financial institutions, domestic and foreign sponsors in multiple aspect of such transactions (development, due diligence and financing documentation).

She also provides assistance to clients in the acquisition of energy projects as well as the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements (by way of example, EPC, O&M and PPA) in respect of development, construction and operation of energy projects.
