Rossella Esther Cerchia

Rossella Esther Cerchia is Of Counsel and Country Head of Knowledge at DLA Piper’s Milan office. She is a Full Professor of Comparative Private Law at the University of Milan and has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Cornell Law School (NY, USA) since 2018.

A recognized leader in comparative private law, she has authored numerous publications in contract law and related fields. She regularly speaks at national and international conferences and is an active member of several scientific committees for research centers and legal journals.
