Chris Chan is a London finance partner with extensive experience advising both lenders and sponsors on all aspects of real estate finance, from origination through to restructuring and at all components of the capital stack.

Chris has experience in dealing with all the major asset classes and sectors including residential, hotel and leisure, commercial, retail and student accommodation both on UK transactions and across many jurisdictions in Europe.

  • Cheyne Capital and Stanhope plc, through a newly formed joint venture, on GBP450 million acquisition of the Red Lion Court office development site from Landsec.
  • ICG Real Estate in relation to development facilities cGBP300 million made available to Related Argent to assist with the development of two BtR schemes in London.
  • Harrison Street and its JV partners in relation to their UK and European financings across a variety of asset classes including senior living, PBSA, BtR and science parks.
