Pauline Chaufour

Pauline Chaufour is an Associate in the Real Estate practice at DLA Piper in Paris.

She advises French and international investors, asset managers, developers and corporate occupiers on a broad range of real estate matters, with a particular focus on acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets and portfolios.

Pauline also assists clients with real estate development projects, including the negotiation of construction agreements, as well as leasing matters, notably the drafting and negotiation of commercial lease agreements. She supports clients throughout the lifecycle of their transactions, from structuring and due diligence through to the negotiation and implementation of transaction documentation.
