Charles Ching represents financial sponsors and corporate clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and investment transactions, with particular focus on private equity investments in Asia, M&A involving Asian investors, and regional joint ventures and other corporate transactions. With experience practicing in New York and Greater China, Charles regularly advises clients on some of the most complex and noteworthy public and private M&A transactions in the US and globally.
