Jennifer is a Senior Associate in our Sydney office. She has experience advising on various real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets, complex leasing matters for landlord and tenant clients, real estate development work, and hotel work.

She has previously worked in the ACT and also amongst an in-house team under a secondment arrangement.

She is the Vice President of the Korean Australian Lawyers Association, which through its many events promotes the interests of Korean lawyers practising in Australia, encourages professional growth, manages the pro bono legal support platform to the Korean community and fosters networking with the legal profession within Australia and abroad.

  • Acting for a Korean Government Agency in relation to a joint venture agreement with the University of Queensland and an existing farm in relation to the development and operations of a smart farm.*
  • Acting for a multinational technology company on its site acquisitions in Australia.
  • Acting for a NSW Government Agency on the development of Sydney train stations.*
  • Acting for renewable energy developers on the acquisition of property interests for the development of wind farms.
  • Acting for an ASX-listed property fund on the acquisition of shopping centres and development sites.
  • Acting for banks on the due diligence for the purpose of consents in relation to various development activities by mortgagors.
