Anna Chrabota-Bajson

Anna Chrabota-Bajson advises clients on commercial companies law - in particular on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. She also has extensive experience in the areas of corporate law and capital markets law, as well as working on due diligence reviews (in sectors such as FINTECH, retail, banking and finance) and providing ongoing legal support to business entities.

Anna's M&A experience includes: transaction structuring; carrying out due diligence reviews and preparing legal reports; drafting and negotiating agreements and other transactional documentation; coordinating work and negotiations with brokerage houses, investment banks and insurance brokers; as well as preparing companies' corporate documentation for the purposes of transactions and post-transactional integration within capital groups.
