Natalia advises on commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and investments in equity and debt funds.

She supports both Polish and international clients throughout the entire life cycle of transactions, from conducting due diligence reviews to preparing transactional documentation, as well as providing ongoing assistance on day-to-day corporate and commercial law issues. Her clients include private equity and venture capital funds, as well as companies from the commercial, insurance, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

  • Advising TDJ, a Polish family investment company, on investments in Polish startups, including GGPredict and Bethink
  • Advising OnDean, an American family office, on its investment in the Polish legal tech startup Pergamin, which specialises in contract and legal document management automation.
