Harvey has experience in a range of commercial real estate matters, including development and investment work and landlord and tenant matters.

His work includes advising clients in a range of sectors, including retail, logistics, life sciences and hospitality and leisure. He has also supported clients on corporate-led mergers and acquisitions and financing of their Real Estate assets. He has also advised a US based café brand on its rollout of new cafes in London.

In his spare time, Harvey enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling and supporting his hometown football club – Hull City.

  • Advising Aviva Capital Partners on its joint venture with Moda Living and acquisition of Stone Yard, Digbeth.
  • Advising Sytner Group on all real estate matters including the acquisition and disposal of premium car dealerships.
  • Advising an international investor on its acquisition, financing and subsequent disposal of a data centre in London.
  • Advising an international investor on its acquisition and financing of a life sciences asset in Nottingham, and subsequent day to day landlord and tenant matters relating to the ongoing asset management matters.
  • Acting for an international investor on the corporate real estate acquisitions of shopping centres in England and subsequent asset management matters.
