  • Advised Aviva Investors, the global asset management business of Aviva plc, on its joint venture partnership with Astatine, an Irish energy infrastructure specialist, to establish a new industrial energy transition platform with an expected investment capacity of up to EUR800 million
  • Advised fintech firm Teybridge Capital on closing investment by leading Spanish investor Baghdadi Capital, structuring a funding line of up to EUR500 million to support the global expansion strategy.
  • Advised Astatine on the acquisition and development of multiple renewable energy infrastructure projects.
  • Advised Kirk Kapital and DOT A/S on the acquisition of Galco Steel.
  • Advised Efor Group on the strategic acquisition of PES International, a pharmaceutical process engineering firm.
  • Advised Washington Dental Service (WDS) on the acquisition of 8 West Consulting, a healthcare software developer.
  • Advised Keywords Studios on the GBP2.1 billion bid by EQT.
