Elexa Clement maintains a general corporate commercial law practice with a focus on corporate ‎transactions, securities, and corporate governance. ‎

Elexa has experience advising a wide range of public and private sector clients based in Canada and ‎abroad in various corporate and securities law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public ‎offerings, private placements of equity and debt securities, shareholder agreements, and reorganizations ‎and amalgamations. ‎

Elexa received her J.D. from Western University, where she graduated within the top of her class. Prior to ‎attending law school, Elexa obtained her Bachelor of Arts in History (Honours Specialization) from Western ‎University. ‎

Elexa summered and articled with the firm before joining as an associate in 2023. ‎

  • Advised Hoist Global Tech Solutions, a leading global systems integrator and services provider focused on IFS’s suite of enterprise software, with a growth investment from WestView Capital Partners.
  • Advised Alto, the Crown Corporation established to carry out the Quebec City to Toronto high speed rail project, in the Pre-Development Agreement with the Cadence Consortium led by CDPQ.
  • Advised Hy24, a leading global private asset manager focused on the hydrogen economy, on the investment of its Clean H2 Infra Fund in StormFisher Hydrogen, a developer and producer of clean fuels in the US and Canada.
  • Advised Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ: RZLV), a global leader in AI-driven commerce solutions in its acquisition of GroupBy Inc., a leader in enterprise-grade site search, product discovery, and merchandising solutions.
  • Acted for Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE:CSL) in ‎connection with its acquisition of Plasti-Fab Ltd. from PFB ‎Corporation for approximately $260 million.‎
  • Acted for global medical technology company Haemonetics Corp. in USD $255 million acquisition of Canadian medical device maker OpSens, Inc.
