Feliz Coll is a paralegal in notarial law, with over 20 years experience in both the corporate and real estate practice, specialised in sale by public auction (foreclosures). She also has supervised many conversions of continuous ground lease to perpetual ground lease relating to real estate located in Amsterdam.

Her experience includes the purchase, sale and encumbrance of real estate, both private and commercial.

Over the last 16 years she has supervised hundreds of public auctions for several market leading mortgage banks. In doing so, she always has an eye for a constructive solution in which both the bank and the debtor are able to find a positive solution.
