Martina Colombo

Martina is an investment funds lawyer with a focus on representing institutional investors investing into real estate, infrastructure and private equity funds in developed and emerging markets.

Martina advises on funds domiciled in major funds jurisdictions, including Luxembourg, Delaware and Singapore and has experience working with a variety of institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, development finance institutions, banks and funds of funds. Martina frequently advises clients on primary fund investments, co-investments into portfolio companies alongside fund managers, continuation funds, secondary sales, and provides ongoing portfolio management advice.

Martina has ten years of experience in the funds market, having first acted for asset managers in respect of their fund formations before moving to the investor side three years ago. Martina has worked in both Hong Kong and New York and has offshore fund experience.
