EXPERIENCE

  • Advised the Province of Mendoza on the issuance of Class 1 and Class 2 CER debt securities in an aggregate amount of approximately AR$446 billion
  • Advised Edenor S.A. on the issuance of its Class 10 Notes for an aggregate principal amount of US$550 million and on the concurrent repurchase offer for its outstanding Class 7 Notes
  • Advised the Province of Chubut on the issuance, on April 29th, of US$650 million in international debt, as well as on a cash tender offer for the outstanding US dollar-denominated secured notes due 2030
  • Advised the Province of Buenos Aires on the issuance of public debt securities in the aggregate principal amount of AR$113 billion, and CER-adjustable peso-denominated public debt securities in the aggregate principal amount of AR$203 billion
  • Advised Empresa Distribuidora De Electricidad De Mendoza S.A. (EDEMSA) in the issuance, on June 11th, of Class 8 Global Notes for a total face value of US$300 million, and the Tender offer its outstanding Class 6 Notes
  • Advised Edenor S.A. on the issuance, on July 3, 2026, in the local market, of its Class 11 Notes bearing interest at a fixed rate of 7.50% per annum and due July 3, 2029, for an aggregate principal amount of US$213.5 million
  • Advised the Province of Buenos Aires on the placement, in a reopening of the notes issued on April 30, 2026, of Additional Peso-denominated TAMAR Notes due April 30, 2027, and Additional Peso-denominated CER-adjusted Notes due April 28, 2028, which could be subscribed in cash or in kind with outstanding eligible debt securities. The auction settled on July 30, 2026, with an aggregate principal amount awarded of AR$249,530,129,896 (AR$161,286,383,010 under the TAMAR Notes and AR$88,243,746,886 under the CER Notes), of which AR$4,127,155,864 was subscribed in kind (AR$3,104,465,864 under the TAMAR Notes and AR$1,022,690,000 under the CER Notes)
  • Advised Edenor S.A. on the issuance, on August 5, 2026, of Additional Class 10 Notes bearing interest at a fixed rate of 9.50% per annum and due April 28, 2033, in a first reopening of its Class 10 Notes, for an aggregate principal amount of US$200 million
  • Advised the Province of Chubut on seven auctions of Treasury Bills secured by an assignment of federal tax co-participation revenues, and comprising twelve classes for an aggregate principal amount awarded of AR$278,471,227,008
  • Advised the Province of Chaco on five auctions of Treasury Bills (Letras del Tesoro) secured by an assignment of federal tax co-participation revenues, comprising twenty-two classes (twelve new classes and ten reopenings of outstanding classes) for an aggregate principal amount awarded of AR$316,788,618,904
  • Advised the Province of Río Negro on the issuance, on September 24, 2026, of Series I Treasury Bills under its 2026 Treasury Bill Program, bearing interest at a floating rate equal to the TAMAR rate for private banks plus a margin of 7.00% per annum and due September 24, 2027, for an aggregate principal amount of AR$69,895,900,000
