Amalia Cooper practice specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and particularly in the field of venture capital, advising startups and investment funds during all financing and development stages.

She advises companies on the structure and negotiation of financing rounds, whether through equity or debt instruments, such as convertible loans and simple agreements for future equity (SAFE).
