About

Tomás Correa's practice focuses on administrative law, economic regulation, and litigation for complex public law work. His practice encompasses many issues, including public procurement and urban planning matters.

He has exceptional advisory capabilities in administrative law issues, sanctioning procedures, and regulated markets, especially for public agencies and private companies. 

With more than 14 years of experience, he has represented clients before Chile's administrative agencies, the General Comptroller of the Republic, and the country's high courts of justice, including litigation before the Constitutional Court.
