Ludovica Correale

Ludovica focuses on commercial, corporate and corporate governance law.

She works with the Corporate M&A team, advising Italian and foreign clients, providing assistance in the drafting and revision of commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, amendments to the by-laws, exercise of the right of withdrawal, incorporation of companies and establishment of secondary offices, corporate governance and shareholders’ relations.

She provides assistance in all phases of ordinary and extraordinary operations with particular reference to transfers and purchases of business units and corporate acquisitions and divestments.

In addition, she provides assistance in civil, corporate and insurance litigation.
