Antony Cortese

Antony Cortese practises corporate and commercial law, with a focus on private company mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate governance. Antony is also experienced with public-private partnership (PPP) transactions.

Antony advises on matters including purchase and sale of business transactions, corporate reorganizations, and corporate finance. He acts for clients across a broad range of industries including mining, forestry, energy, construction, technology, food services, and health care. Antony also works with charities and not-for-profit organizations on a variety of issues.   

Antony has worked alongside senior counsel to develop and draft project agreements, drop down agreements and finance documents for PPP projects.
