Ana Coto

Ana Coto is a Tax Associate in the DLA Piper’s Madrid office. She is highly involved in international tax planning matters, both for foreign investments in Spain and Spanish investments abroad.

Ana also has significant experience in advising on all types of tax procedures (including tax audits and tax litigation) and provides day-to-day bespoke advice to a number of large multinational enterprises.

Ana has experience assisting clients in planning and defining transfer pricing policies, as well as its implementation and documentation, covering a wide range of related-party transactions in different sectors.

Ana joined DLA Piper in 2018, where she specialized in international tax matters. In 2021, she joined the Transfer Pricing team, with whom she has participated in numerous tax value chain and transfer pricing projects for Spanish and foreign multinationals.
