Alexandre Coudreau advises French and international clients on a broad range of technology and digital matters, with a particular focus on cloud computing, digital transformation projects, IT sourcing and outsourcing arrangements. 

He regularly assists clients with the structuring, procurement, negotiation and implementation of complex technology transactions, including cloud migrations, cybersecurity projects and large-scale digital transformation programmes.

Alexandre also advises clients on emerging technology regulations, notably DORA, and on the contractual and operational implications of regulatory requirements in highly regulated sectors.

  • Advising a multi-national company in the negotiation of a major digital transformation and cybersecurity contract in the context of setting up the client’s digital autonomy following carve-out.
  • Advising financial entities and service providers in DORA compliance, contracting strategy and templates.
  • Advising a major real estate company on the negotiation of infrastructure and application management agreements, including complex data protection and international data transfer considerations.
