Chris Crain focuses his practice on complex civil litigation and representing companies under investigations relating to antitrust, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, international trade, intellectual property, toxic tort, Lanham Act and libel. He has also represented a range of media defendants successfully challenging suits alleging libel or defamation in coverage of issues of public import.
