Kieron Creagh
Senior AssociateKieron is a Senior Associate in the employment team specialising in employment law and health and safety.
Kieron advises on all aspects of employment law with a particular focus on restructures, all ranges of disputes including personal grievances and advising on minimum entitlement compliance obligations. Kieron represents clients in mediation, the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court.
Kieron calibre of her work was recognised in 2022 by NZ Lawyer when she appeared on its Rising Stars list.

Prior Experience
Kieron worked at boutique litigation and employment firms in New Zealand before working in both the United Kingdom and in Australia. Kieron returned to New Zealand in 2020 as a Senior Associate and worked at another large firm until joining DLA Piper in 2025.
