Nathane da Franca advises on assets acquisition and retirement; due diligence coordination and real estate consulting for M&A, IPO, follow-on and other transactions related to real estate projects; built-to-suit and sale and leaseback deals; construction; real estate purchase and sales; provision of guarantees, barters, non-residential leases (including shopping malls), setting up joint ventures and corporate transactions involving rural and urban real estate assets.

Nathane is additionally experienced in civil litigation and matters related to consumer law and technology, advising clients in the pre-litigation phase, providing alternatives to prevent administrative and legal actions; Analysis and comments on bills; Coordination of lawsuits and their respective deadlines; Attending mediation, evedentiary and judgment hearings; Drafting pleadings, articles and memos.
