Tamara D’Angeli specializes in intellectual property law and in the management and enhancement of IP portfolios.
She assists Italian and international clients in trademark matters, handling clearance searches, registrability opinions, filing and prosecution of applications, as well as the management of oppositions and administrative proceedings for invalidity and revocation at a global level.
She also provides out-of-court advisory services, supporting the negotiation and drafting of coexistence agreements, as well as the management of design portfolios and the protection of other intellectual property assets, including software and literary works, with SIAE.
She is a member of the Editorial Committee of the Journal of the Italian Board of Industrial Property Consultants.
