About
Tobias is a counsel in the banking, projects and restructuring practice of our Frankfurt office with over 12 years of experience in the finance industry. 

Tobias advises on all kinds of debt transactions, in particular on real estate financings, corporate financings and acquisition financings as well as on all kinds of related restructurings and special situations.

He has a strong track record on cross-border transactions, syndicated and bilateral lending, green/sustainable loans and secured and unsecured assignable loans (Schuldscheindarlehen) and bonds by advising domestic and international financial institutions (including banks and agencies), debt funds, pension funds and insurance companies as well as investment managers and sponsors on senior and junior lending, senior/mezzanine structures, loan on loan deals as well as alternative and hybrid financing solutions (syndicated loan/bond, Schuldschein/bond, bridge-to-bond, etc.), with a focus on the real estate financing and corporate lending sector.
