Benoit’s practice focuses on M&A, inbound and outbound cross-border investments. He advises private equity firms on transactions across North-Africa and francophone Africa. He also has experience in general corporate advisory matters and investment funds. His sector focus includes energy and natural resources, financial services, industrials, life sciences and consumer goods.

Benoit has also experience in corporate finance.
