Kaat Declerck

Kaat specializes in insurance law and dispute resolution. She advises insurers and companies and assists them in disputes and litigation, negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.

Kaat holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Antwerp. During her studies, she participated in an Erasmus exchange at the University de Côte D’azur in France.
