Fabio del Bene

Fabio del Bene is a Partner in the Corporate group and is based in the Milan office.

Fabio has over 30 years of experience of advising clients in all areas of corporate law, with a particular focus in the area of M&A and private equity transactions.

He regularly assists Italian and international clients on national and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, joint ventures and strategic alliances.

Fabio has gained consolidated experience in corporate governance and in the private equity and venture capital areas.

Before joining DLA Piper in 2011, Fabio worked with leading international firms in Italy and in the U.S., where he earned his LL.M from Fordham University School of Law and practiced for several years both as an Italian and New York qualified lawyer.
