- Represented Unilever and participated along DLA Piper Mexico in a project entailing the purchase of land and development of a brand-new industrial project in the State of Nuevo León, close to the US border
- Recently worked as DLA Piper Mexico's environmental co-counsel representing Coeur on a recent compliance investigation with complex underlying national waters components related to a mining project
- Along with the DLA Piper Mexico team, he led and conformed the legal team in charge of the environmental aspects of the recent acquisition of Iberdrola's assets in Mexico from Grupo Cox (Cox) for US$4.2 billion – one of the largest cross-border energy deals of 2025
- Assisted Ainda and Grupo Energía Bogotá in the environmental aspects of a potential investment project in Mexico

Adrián was a co-founding Partner and head of the same practice areas at Assembla a 25+ members Law Firm based in Mexico City, also he was a co-founding partner at Ibarra, del Paso y Gallego and head of the same practice areas for more than 12 years. From his prior experience and professional formation, Adrián worked in top transactional Firms in Mexico, including Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, as well as in the first boutique law firm of environmental law in Mexico.
