George G. Demos

George G. Demos' practice focuses on securities enforcement, white collar criminal defense, and corporate investigations.

George previously served as senior counsel in the Enforcement Division of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission's New York Regional Office, where he led many high-profile and complex corporate fraud investigations. During his tenure at the SEC, he was also detailed to the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.

George is an adjunct law professor at the University of California at Davis Law School, where he teaches courses in Corporate & White Collar Crime, Securities Enforcement, and the Constitutional Law of Presidential Power.
