Jente Dengler

Lead Lawyer

Jente Dengler works in the restructuring and insolvency department. He assists both financially distressed companies as well as creditors and other stakeholders in restructuring negotiations and judicial reorganisation proceedings.

Jente also regularly represents clients in commercial disputes and corporate litigation matters (shareholder and director liability claims, claw back actions, etc.).

At the 2019 International Insolvency Institute’s annual conference in Barcelona (Spain), he was awarded the #1st Prize (gold medal) in the III's Insolvency Studies writing competition for his comparative research on court-approved debt restructuring agreements.
