Valentin Deprez

Valentin specialises in EU&French commercial and economic law. He advises top-tier companies on strategic transactions and in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, including distribution, services and cooperation agreements, involving multi-jurisdictional commercial issues. His practice includes also e-commerce, marketing, advertising and consumer protection. Valentin has extensive experience acting in the retail, travel and life sciences industries.

Valentin was educated in France and Singapore and is member of the Paris Bar.
