Ankur Desai is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of DLA Piper, where he focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation at the trial and appellate levels. He is a member of the firm's Patent Litigation group.
Mr. Desai has represented technology clients in patent and copyright matters, as well trademark, incentive compensation, and employment disputes. He brings experience in computer science, mathematics and data science to complex, high-stakes litigation in federal district and appellate courts.
Mr. Desai is a member of the Virginia State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
