Parman Dhillon is a sector-focused technology lawyer experienced in a wide range of IT and commercial law, including outsourcing, digital transformation, AI, and the supply of goods and services.
Parman is actively involved in DLA Piper’s technology sector initiatives and is a member of the firm’s AI Practice Group. He possesses expertise in IP and commercial contracts related to software licensing, technology transactions, the procurement of SaaS and cloud platforms, and distribution agreements.
Parman has additional experience in the financial services sector where he has advised numerous clients on issues relating to regulatory compliance and remediation, contractual negotiations, major technology outsourcings and corporate transactions.
Parman has completed multiple secondments with a global e-commerce company, as well as for a major national commercial bank, and one of the largest oil field services companies. These experiences have given him deep insights into client operations across various sectors, enabling him to offer more practical and bespoke advice.
