  • Advising nCino, a leading global financial technology company, on the USD75m acquisition of DocFox, a global end-to-end software solution and onboarding service provider for commercial and business banks.
  • Advising a global medical technology firm on its purchase of the business of its South African distributor.
  • Advising FirstRand on the transfer of the clients, the banking assets and liabilities and the employees of HSBC's branch in South Africa (HSBC South Africa) to FirstRand’s wholly owned subsidiary FirstRand Bank.
  • Advising Juwi, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MVV Energie, on the sale of the shares it holds in the two Japanese joint venture companies Juwi Shizen Energy Inc and Juwi Shizen Energy Operation Inc.
  • Advising Sumer in respect of its acquisition of the business of 123 Consulting, a South African accounting services firm.
  • Advising Inseego in respect of the South African law aspects of the sale of its international Ctrack telematics business.
  • Advising Haier Smart Home, based in Qingdao, China, on the acquisition of Electrolux Group’s complete equity interests in its subsidiary Electrolux South Africa for ZAR2 45bn.
